As part of an on-going co-operative educational programme, Westside school recently ran a competition encouraging pupils to think about contents for a time capsule to be buried on the WTC site. The boys designed and built the time capsule and the winners were invited on to the site help bury it under the north west corner of the building. WTC provided a series of prizes for the winners including two iPad Minis for the two best ideas. Going forward, A level construction students will be invited to use the site for practical site visits and to witness the leading-edge construction processes being employed in the build.
